Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving adults, parents, and families in New Jersey and Virginia. My work is rooted in trauma-informed, evidence-based practice with a deeply grounded and relational approach. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced complex trauma, attachment wounds, family stress, identity transitions, and the invisible weight many parents and mothers carry. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure why they react the way they do. Together, we work to understand not just behaviors, but the nervous system patterns and early relational experiences that shaped them. My approach integrates adult trauma treatment with specialized training in infant and early childhood mental health and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. This lens allows me to help adults make sense of how their own childhood experiences influence their present relationships, especially in parenting. I completed my Master of Social Work at Boston University, with advanced training in adult trauma and psychopathology. I also hold post-graduate clinical training in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health and am a trained Child-Parent Psychotherapy provider. My additional certifications include DC:0-5 diagnostic classification, trauma-focused assessment, and strengths-based family intervention. Parents and mothers often find their way to my practice. I understand the complexity of loving your children deeply while feeling activated, exhausted, or unsure how to break generational patterns. My work helps parents respond rather than react, and build relationships that feel safe, connected, and authentic.
