Introduction

I’m Amber Cress, a licensed professional counselor associate. I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and training in different therapy methods, like EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy, narrative therapy, and psychedelic-informed therapy. I've helped victims of human trafficking during crises and served in the U.S. Coast Guard, which has deepened my understanding of trauma and resilience. I focus on helping clients reconnect with their bodies and change their personal stories for the better. I also use psychedelic therapy in my practice, honoring both traditional practices and modern research. When I’m not working, I love fitness, traveling, and mindfulness, which I bring into my supportive environment for clients.
