Introduction

Do you often feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in unhelpful patterns? Do you struggle with anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, low self-esteem, or managing big emotions? Are life transitions or daily stressors feeling harder than they “should”? Many of the clients I work with are children, adolescents, and young adults who feel frustrated or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. They want to better understand themselves, feel more emotionally balanced, and learn tools to cope more effectively with everyday life. I am especially passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions. Together, we focus on building insight, practical coping skills, and a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Therapy is not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you understand yourself, develop tools that truly work for your life, and feel more grounded, confident, and supported. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
