Starting therapy is a big step, and it's okay if you're not sure where to begin. I work with people navigating anxiety, big life changes, identity, and the moments where old habits and patterns just aren't working anymore. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA, LPCA) trained at Oregon State University. Before counseling, I worked as a skills trainer with children, which shaped how I think about behavior, patterns, and change — I don't just want to talk about what's hard, I want to help you build skills that stick. My space is built to be nonjudgmental and affirming — especially for LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent clients, and anyone who's felt like they had to explain or justify parts of themselves before. You don't have to do that here. I take a direct, collaborative approach. That means we're not just talking in circles — we're identifying what's actually getting in your way and building real tools to work through it, at a pace that makes sense for you.
