Introduction

Welcome to Liminality, Ltd. We’re glad you found your way here. Liminality is a state of transition between one stage and the next: an in-between period often marked by uncertainty. You don’t have to know exactly where you’re going before beginning. We offer integrative psychotherapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions or the sense that something in your world wants attention. Our approach is relational, collaborative, and evidence-based. Together, we explore patterns shaping how you think, feel, relate, behave, and make meaning: how they serve you, where they constrain you, and how they might transform. We have great maps to help navigate the territory of your experience, but even the best maps can’t tell us everything we’ll encounter. Discovery emerges from venturing together into what is not yet known. It is our hope that through this process, you find greater freedom, connection, lightheartedness, and joy (if you’re interested in that sort of thing). If you’re curious about working together, we invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation to see if we might be a good fit. We’d be delighted to hear from you.
