I am a LCSW, providing individual therapy services with emphasis on emotional and behavior difficulties relating to grief, relationship issues, codependency, depression & anxiety, and post-partum. I utilize a strengths-focused approach with modern evidence-based therapies. I believe each person has the capacity to navigate life's challenges, but sometimes we might feel lost and need some help finding our way. I see therapy as a vehicle for change, and as your therapist, I will meet you where you are, get an idea of where you would like to go, and help you navigate the way.
