Introduction

During my career my clientele has included men, women, non-binary/gender nonconforming individuals, kids, and families with mental health, relational, and/or emotional issues. I have experience with all socio-economic and cultural backgrounds as well as extensive experience with complex trauma. I have worked in community mental health as well with a non-profit organization that provides services to children and families who are involved with the foster care system. During treatment I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). These models are integrated or utilized based on the clinical needs of the individual. Beyond the professional realm, I am a wife and mom of three amazing kids. When I am not chasing my kiddos or working I love reading, musicals and watching my fish. My husband and I thrive on road trips, exploring charming towns and embracing detours on the way to their destination. In my world, coffee and sunshine can always bring a smile. I am also a proud Clemson University alum, and an unwavering Tigers fan – Go Tigers!
