I am an intern counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. My approach to counseling is rooted in compassion and collaboration, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and valued. I take a person-centered approach, where I honor your unique experiences and work alongside you to identify your strengths and goals. I integrate cognitive techniques to help you explore thoughts and patterns that may be impacting your well-being, while incorporating mindfulness practices to encourage greater self-awareness and balance. With training in somatic therapy, I also recognize the powerful connection between the mind and body. Together, we will explore how physical sensations and emotions intertwine, using body-centered techniques to promote holistic healing. Outside of counseling, I have four fur babies who bring so much joy to my life, and I love spending time with them. I also enjoy working on pottery, which helps me stay grounded and express creativity. I look forward to being part of your journey.
