Introduction

I work with teens and adults who feel caught in cycles of anxiety, depression, or trauma. People who understand their feelings logically yet still struggle to feel better. Perhaps you're someone others describe as calm and capable, but internally your thoughts spiral, pulling you back into familiar worries and patterns. As a social worker with experience across residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings, I specialize in helping you understand yourself more deeply and move toward genuine healing. My approach integrates evidence-based methods including EMDR, DBT, ACT, and trauma-focused therapy, tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy is a space where you can be honest without performing or having everything figured out. Where safety and authenticity come first. Healing isn't about eliminating pain; it's about recognizing you don't have to carry everything alone and building enough stability to reconnect with who you are beneath the heaviness. I work with individuals and families via telehealth and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to find your way back to feeling steadier and more whole, I'm here to walk alongside you.
