Introduction
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, emotional outbursts, low self-esteem, mood challenges, or difficulty coping with everyday stress. Sometimes this looks like withdrawing, acting out, feeling overwhelmed, or losing confidence in themselves. I believe every child has strengths, even when those strengths feel hidden beneath big emotions or difficult experiences. My goal is to help clients feel understood, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful progress in a supportive, encouraging environment where they can grow with confidence.
