Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in working with individuals, couples, and families. I provide Telehealth services to individuals who reside in North Carolina. My therapeutic passion is to provide counseling to those who may have difficulty navigating relational issues, life transitions and mental health concerns. I work with professionals, law enforcement, teachers, nurses, business owners, stay at home moms, food industry employees, real estate agents, caregivers, retired couples, just married couples, and how long have we been together-couples.
