Hi, I'm Amber. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, divorce and separation, co-parenting concerns, life transitions, and personal growth. My passion for this work comes from witnessing how difficult transitions and relationship struggles can impact every area of a person's life and how meaningful change can occur when people feel supported, understood, and equipped with the right tools. My approach is warm, authentic, and direct. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what's working, what's not, and where you'd like to go from here. Whether you're working through conflict in your relationship, rebuilding after a breakup or divorce, navigating co-parenting challenges, or simply trying to better understand yourself, we'll work together to identify patterns, strengthen communication, and create lasting change. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence. Therapy isn't about having all the answers it's about having the support to take the next step forward.
