Hello, I’m Amberly, a passionate Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PPC) based in the beautiful state of Wyoming. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2025 and bring with me an impressive 7 years of experience in the mental health field. My diverse background spans both inpatient and outpatient settings, where I have made a meaningful impact in areas such as eating disorders, behavioral interventions, group therapy, family reconciliation, and harm reduction. As I immersed myself in the world of mental health, my desire to make a deeper difference grew stronger. Throughout my graduate studies, I embraced a holistic approach that is person-centered, trauma-informed, multicultural, LGBTQIA+-allied, and disability-aligned. I can skillfully employ evidence-based methods, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to empower my clients on their journey toward healing. I enjoy supporting individuals facing anxiety, trauma, depression, eating disorders, and navigating life’s challenges. My office offers a safe and welcoming space for individuals and couples, as well as group opportunities for those seeking community connection. Whether in person or via telehealth, I am dedicated to working with adolescents and adults at every stage of their personal growth.
