At the heart of my counseling and coaching work is a deep passion for supporting adolescents and adults with ADHD, autism, learning differences and sensory processing challenges as they learn to accept themselves, embrace their uniqueness, and better understand their incredible brains and bodies. I believe that neurodivergent individuals are not broken — their differences are meaningful, valid, and often powerful. In a world largely designed for neurotypical minds, navigating daily life with a neurodiverse brain can come with real challenges. But with the right insight, support, and strategies, those challenges can be met with compassion and skill. I help my clients recognize how their nervous systems work, identify barriers, and develop practical tools to work with their brain and body — not against them. My goal is to foster self-understanding, reduce shame, and empower people to plan for obstacles rather than be derailed by them. Because when we stop trying to fit into someone else’s mold and start honoring our own wiring, we create space for genuine confidence, connection, and growth.
