I specialize in working with folks navigating minority stress, disordered eating and body image, complex trauma, and challenges related to neurodivergence, among other mental health concerns. I'm trained in somatic approaches and expressive arts therapies, grief and loss work, and I'm Body Trust® certified. Whether you're processing trauma, untangling your relationship with food and your body, or figuring out what neurodivergence means for your life, I'm here to walk alongside you. I work primarily with fat, queer, and neurodivergent folks who are navigating the everyday realities of living in bodies and identities that the world wasn't built for. As a fat, queer, neurodivergent therapist, I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work - I understand what it's like to navigate the world in a body and identities that mainstream culture considers unruly, and my practice is a space where those identities are honored, not judged or pathologized. My approach is grounded in person-centered, feminist, liberatory, relational, and trauma-informed frameworks. I believe you already possess an inherent capacity for healing, and my role is to help you access the wisdom that's already within you. We decide together what we work on and how - this is your therapy, and you get to shape what it looks like. Supervised by Nicole Tabor, LPC #C7798.
