We all need somebody to talk to—someone who truly listens without judgment, without an agenda, and without rushing to “fix” things. Maybe you’ve been stuck in your head, looping through the same thoughts without finding clarity. Maybe it feels too hard—or too vulnerable—to open up to friends or family. That’s where I come in. I offer a space where you are encouraged to show up as the messiest, most human version of YOU. My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, authenticity, and genuine curiosity. I work with clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including (but not limited to) anxiety, self-esteem, relationship struggles, career uncertainty, depression, and life transitions. Insight is powerful—but it’s not enough on its own. Real change happens when we take what we learn and do something with it. In our work together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, get clear on your goals, and take meaningful steps toward the change you want to see.
