Introduction

You’re the one everyone relies on. The responsible one. The strong one. The one who keeps it all together—even when it feels like too much. If you’re a caregiver or someone who struggles with anxiety, you may be used to putting yourself last. You push through, overthink, and carry more than most people realize. And even when things look “fine” on the outside, your mind doesn’t shut off, your body feels tense, and it’s hard to truly relax. I specialize in working with caregivers and high-functioning individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and emotionally exhausted. I use a blend of evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. My work focuses on both insight and practical tools—so you’re not just talking about problems, you’re learning how to respond differently to them in your daily life I integrate nervous system regulation and self-compassion into therapy, especially for clients who feel constantly “on” or overwhelmed. I know how hard it is to ask for help and to find time for yourself. You deserve support! Reach out to me so we can explore how I can help you start feeling better now.
