Are you feeling anxious, or depressed? Is your child struggling with big emotions at home or school? Have you recently become pregnant or welcomed a new baby and find yourself feeling more stressed, sad, or uncertain or different than you expected? In today’s world, it’s understandable to feel overwhelmed while navigating life’s challenges and transitions. Many people reach a point where their usual ways of coping no longer feel like enough. Taking that first step to seek support can feel difficult, but it is also a powerful step toward healing, growth, and change. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. In our work together, we will explore your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build on the strengths you already have. I work with adults, children, and families facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and life transitions. When working with children, I often incorporate play therapy, allowing them to express feelings, process experiences, and develop emotional skills through the natural language of play. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. With the right support, it is possible to find greater balance, confidence, and connection for yourself and your family.
