Life has become too complicated. Issues concerning relationships, parenting, work, self-confidence/image and identity can become overwhelming. We no longer have the luxury of access to our community or support systems on a daily basis. That is when a therapist, as a professional outsider, can become your best ally and help you navigate through the maze that is life. As a therapist, I will help you identify your own internal strengths and external resources and develop new tools and skills. We will work together as a team to explore your past and how it may be impacting you today. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional (CMIP). I use many other modalities such as CBT, psychodynamic and strength based practices, among others. I follow a integrative approach to therapy. I believe that fostering compassionate self-awareness can help everyone navigate through challenges. If you are new to therapy, I am sure it will be difficult for you to take the first step. If you are returning to therapy, then you already know the possibilities for growth it offers. Regardless, Life today can be much too challenging for any one person to navigate alone. There is a way through and out, so long as you are willing to seek it.
