Introduction

I provide therapy to help you cultivate the parts of yourself that have felt lost or buried by difficult life events, trauma, anxiety, or depression. This may include uncovering the authentic self, a felt sense of safety, and the confidence to build meaningful and lasting relationships. In my fifteen years of practice I have developed an approach that is intuitive and individualized, blending emotional insight, mind body awareness, and an understanding of your lived experience. I work holistically, identifying the emotional, physical, and situational pieces that shape your inner world. I work with individuals wanting to discover ways to move more authentically and confidently through this moment in their life. Whether that is adjusting to a major life disruption like divorce, break ups, job changes, or health status. I provide additional specialized care for those recovering from religious trauma, purity culture, and spiritual abuse.
