Introduction

Trauma • Grief & Loss • Adult Adoptees • Relationships You may look fine on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or exhausted inside. Perhaps past experiences continue to affect your relationships, sense of self, or ability to feel fully present. Together, we can explore what is happening and what healing and meaningful change might look like. I work with adults and couples seeking greater understanding, healing, and connection. My areas of interest include trauma, grief and loss—including suicide loss, relationship concerns, and the experiences of adult adoptees. I also support helping professionals navigating vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue. I believe healing happens in relationship. My approach is warm, compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from EMDR, attachment-informed care, mindfulness, and ACT-informed practices, tailoring our work to your needs. When meaningful to you, I welcome spirituality and faith as part of the healing process. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected as we approach difficult experiences with curiosity and compassion.
