Introduction

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist (NYU-Bellevue-trained, former clinical faculty at Yale School of Medicine) with over 20 years of experience as a therapist. I provide evidence-based, culturally responsive telehealth therapy for professionals across CT and NY. My clients are high-achieving professionals navigating life transitions, career changes, relationship challenges, and questions of identity. My specialties include culturally attuned treatment for Asian and Asian American clients (acculturation stress, intergenerational conflict), adjustment issues common to expatriates and international professionals (relocation stress, cross-cultural relationships, career transitions) and LGBTQ-affirming care (coming-out support, relationship and identity concerns). I integrate psychodynamic and CBT approaches, tailoring treatment to your goals and cultural context. I accept self-pay clients; please contact me to discuss availability and scheduling.
