I work with adolescents and adults who feel stuck in painful patterns related to eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and self-criticism. Many of my clients are insightful and deeply motivated but still find themselves overwhelmed by fear, rigid expectations, or behaviors that once helped them cope but are now keeping them from fully living. I help clients understand what is driving these patterns and develop practical, sustainable ways to move toward greater freedom and healing. My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. I believe meaningful change involves more than simply reducing symptoms—it includes building flexibility, reconnecting with your values, and creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling that thoughtfully incorporates Christian beliefs into the therapeutic process.
