Telehealth Telehealth
Specializes in: Anxiety, Trauma, Fears/Phobias, Burnout, Depression

Introduction

I help clients build coping skills, increase self-compassion, and feel more at home in their bodies. This is a space where you can let go of what is no longer serving you and begin to feel more confident, calm, and take back control of your life. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist with additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Distancing Technique to address OCD, CBT, narrative therapy, mindful self-compassion, and the treatment of phobias. I specialize in EMDR and treating phobias, with a focus on emetophobia (the fear of vomiting).
