Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming when carrying heavy burdens in silence. I believe therapy should be a soft place for hard conversations—a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are and simply be human. Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, or the weight of trauma, navigating questions around sexual identity, or breaking free from the shame often tied to substance use and recovery, you do not have to carry it alone. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in genuine human connection. As a licensed clinician and supervisor, I tailor our work to your individual needs using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. When words alone aren't enough, I also incorporate expressive and experiential tools, such as art therapy and mindfulness techniques, to help you process emotion and discover lasting resilience. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors across North Carolina. I provide convenient, secure telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. I am in-network with most major North Carolina insurance plans and Medicaid. When you are ready to take that next step, I am here to help you lay down your burdens and move forward with clarity and peace.
