Introduction

Hello there, I’m Amy. I’ve been in counseling for over 7 years and serve as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Board-Certified TeleMental Healthcare Provider, and a Licensed School Counselor. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for counselors in North Carolina. My approach is not a cookie cutter one: what works for one person may not work for the next. I work with you to find a style, plan, and goals based on your input. You are the person driving the car of your life, and I’m here to help you navigate the roadmap. I have experience with college students, adults, employee assistance counseling, healthcare workers, and K-12 counseling.
