Introduction

I love what I do! I consider it a privilege to be able to help my clients navigate whatever challenge they are facing or whatever exploration they are embarking on. I have a Holistic Specialization, which means that I am trained in a variety of theoretical backgrounds and believe that different approaches work for different people. My focus is on mind-body wellness, stress reduction and relaxation, mindfulness, and balanced self-care. I've been a clinician for over 25 years and am well-versed in treating depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, addiction, codependency and trauma. I work primarily with adults, both individuals and couples. I know that finding a therapist can be a daunting task; one often done when you are already feeling stressed. If you've come this far, please don't hesitate to reach out.
