Introduction

My work as a therapist is rooted in a belief that healing is possible when we feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore our internal world. I integrate a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices—to support clients in building emotional resilience and creating meaningful change. While CBT offers tools to examine the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and mindfulness helps cultivate present-moment awareness, my use of EMDR goes beyond symptom management. I use EMDR to address the deeper roots of trauma, helping clients process and integrate past experiences so they no longer shape the present with the same intensity or reactivity. Self-compassion is foundational to my approach. Many of us carry inner narratives shaped by shame, perfectionism, or harsh self-judgment. In our work together, we’ll gently untangle these stories and replace them with a more truthful voice—one that holds you with care, curiosity, and kindness. The therapeutic space becomes a place to practice offering yourself the grace you’ve long extended to others.
