“True freedom is found in our ability to be present with all parts of ourselves.” — Yung Pueblo I began my career 25 years ago with the belief that, given the right support and guidance, people have an innate movement toward healing, growth, and positive change. My approach is holistic, client-centered, and grounded in the understanding that our bodies hold wisdom, memory, and pathways toward healing. My work is informed by somatic psychotherapy, which includes attention to body sensations, nervous system patterns, breath, movement, and embodied awareness. Healing through relationship is a fundamental part of being human, and it is at the heart of how I practice therapy. I am trained in Relational Somatic Healing and Touch Therapy, integrating mind and body in the therapeutic process. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as a tool for deep healing and transformation. I love being a psychotherapist and the mother of three grown children. While my training shapes the container of my work, much of my deepest learning has come from life itself and the privilege of witnessing others on their healing journeys. Every day, I am in awe of the resilience, courage, and growth I see in others, and I am grateful to walk alongside those seeking connection, balance, and wholeness. In our work together, you can expect to be met with warmth, compassion, and deep respect for your unique journey. Together, we will listen for the strength, wisdom, and clarity that already exist within you.
