Introduction

My name is Amy and I've been passionate about helping others since my teenage years. Once I found social work, I knew I found my purpose. I'm spiritual-minded but your sessions don't have to be. I pride myself on my dedication to providing a warm, supportive outlet for anyone struggling with issues including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, sexual dysfunction, interpersonal boundaries, weight loss/body image, self-confidence, substance abuse, other addictive behaviors, and more. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailored to meet your needs, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I provide therapeutic life coaching as well. I am a strong LGBTQIA+ ally and have helped many people through sexuality/gender identity struggles. I do not accept insurance because I believe it restricts the potential of the therapeutic relationship, and because of this belief, I offer reasonable pricing and flexible payment options. At this time, I only offer telehealth but am hoping to have an office space soon. Please reach out with any questions you may have and let's work together to help you feel better.
