Introduction

You may be wondering what it’s like to work with me as your therapist. My hope is that you’ll get a feel for who I am and how we might work together. I specialize in helping people who feel stuck—in their thoughts, behaviors, relationships, or life patterns. Often this “stuckness” comes from anxiety, trauma, or early experiences that shaped how we learned to stay safe in the world. These coping strategies helped you survive—but now, they may be holding you back. In therapy, we’ll explore where these patterns began and how they continue to play out in your mind, body, nervous system, and relationships. Together, we’ll uncover what’s no longer serving you and find new ways forward—ones that align with your centered, higher self. When you learn to take the wheel of your life from that centered place, you can begin to access your inner healer—that intuitive, wise part of you that knows how to move toward healing and wholeness. I’ll be with you each step of the way as we explore how to soothe your nervous system, transform old beliefs, and connect more deeply with yourself and others. You may be ready for a change. You may be ready to shift the direction of your journey. Let’s walk that path together. ABOUT ACE LIFE! I founded ACE Life! Psychotherapy because I truly believe that—with support and the right tools—we can all ACE Life! My passion is helping you rediscover harmony, compassion, strength, and excitement about life. I bring over 20 years of experience working in private practice, community, educational, and non-profit settings with individuals and families. My therapeutic style is real, grounded, and relational. I see my clients as whole people, not problems to be fixed. Sessions are relaxed, intuitive, and paced according to your comfort level. As an attachment and systems-oriented therapist, I understand how our early experiences shape the way we see ourselves and others. Therapy with me is collaborative and human-to-human: we’ll uncover the patterns that are working for you and those that aren’t—and together, we’ll create new ways of relating, thinking, and being. I often integrate: Mindfulness-based and insight-oriented approaches Neuroscience-informed therapy EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Psycho-spiritual exploration Somatic Processing I see therapy as a brainstorming session for your life—a place to pause, reflect, and reimagine how you move through the world. I’ll listen closely, offer perspective, and walk beside you as a fellow traveler through life’s challenges and transformations. My hope is that our work helps you soften self-judgment, ease anxiety, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your innate capacity for healing and joy. I strive to provide culturally responsible and trauma-informed care to the best of my ability and understanding. My practice welcomes people of all backgrounds, bodies, identities, and belief systems. In our work together, I aim to co-create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your truth and connect with your own wisdom. My intention is that every person I work with experiences dignity, curiosity, compassion, empathy, safety, and care. PATHS TOWARD HEALING AND WHOLENESS Healing takes many forms. At ACE Life! Psychotherapy, I offer several pathways—each grounded in compassion, neuroscience, and a respect for the human spirit. Whether through traditional talk therapy or expanded-state work with natural medicines, every session is designed to help you reconnect with your innate capacity for growth, balance, and joy. TRADITIONAL PSYCHOTHERAPY Rediscovering Harmony, Compassion, and Strength My traditional psychotherapy practice supports clients in exploring life’s challenges with clarity and courage. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, or relationship stress, our work will focus on symptom relief as well as deep healing and understanding. We’ll examine how your experiences have shaped your current patterns and help you build new tools for managing your inner and outer worlds. Therapy is where insight meets action—a space to slow down, breathe, and rediscover your capacity for resilience and joy. PSYCHEDELIC & KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY (KAP) Exploring Healing Through Expanded States of Consciousness Psychedelic- and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy invite transformation through intentional, supported journeys into expanded states of awareness. In these sessions, we use the medicine experience as a tool for deep healing—accessing your inner healer and opening pathways for emotional and spiritual growth. What to Expect Each process includes three key phases: Preparation – Setting intentions, exploring expectations, and learning grounding tools. Medicine Session – Guided sessions with ketamine or psilocybin mushrooms (Natural Medicine) in a trauma-informed, ceremonial space. Integration – Post-session processing and embodiment to anchor insights into daily life. Why It Helps These therapies can help you: Release trauma and emotional patterns Relieve anxiety, depression, and existential distress Reconnect with purpose and creativity Strengthen compassion and trust in yourself Both ketamine and natural medicines promote neuroplasticity, supporting new healing pathways in the brain. Natural Medicine (Psilocybin) Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP) using psilocybin mushrooms offers a profound opportunity for deep emotional and spiritual healing. With the right preparation and support, clients often experience expanded perspectives, self-compassion, and connection to something greater. PAP sessions are offered in collaboration with Licensed Healing centers and Licensed psilocybin mushroom cultivators in accordance with the Colorado Natural Medicine Act. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Ketamine is a safe medicine used for decades in medical settings as an anesthetic. At low therapeutic doses, it fosters gentle dissociation and expanded awareness, helping to quiet repetitive thought loops and open new perspectives. KAP sessions are offered in collaboration with a licensed prescriber and compounding pharmacy for optimal safety and care. My Approach I hold this work as sacred—honoring both science and spirit. You are the healer; I am your guide and witness. I believe in the sacred potential of exploring consciousness through psychedelic-assisted therapy and will honor your beliefs and values as we engage this work together. We will invite curiosity, compassion, and courage as the foundation for transformation. Who This Work Is For You may feel called to this work if you: Feel stuck or plateaued in traditional therapy Seek a deeper sense of healing, meaning, or connection Feel curious about consciousness and spirituality Want to explore personal transformation in a safe, supported space Integration I also offer psychedelic integration and support for individuals exploring personal use of psilocybin (Natural Medicine) for psycho-spiritual growth. Integration is the essential follow-up to any non-ordinary state experience—it’s where the real healing happens. Together, we’ll explore how to bring insights from these experiences into daily life, cultivating compassion, curiosity, and expansion along the way. You can choose: Individual Integration Sessions Group Circles for shared reflection and connection MY TRAINING & CREDENTIALS I am deeply committed to ongoing learning and ethical, evidence-informed practice in both traditional and psychedelic-assisted therapy.
