Introduction

Is therapy right for you? Are you struggling to feel heard or understood? Perhaps you are finding it difficult to reconcile your past with your present life, or you’re navigating the pain of betrayal in a relationship. If you find yourself wishing for better tools to move through the day, I am here to support you. Together, we will examine where you are now and chart a path toward where you want to go. Who I Work With I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, "stuck," or disconnected from their sense of purpose. Whether past experiences or present pressures have left you feeling wounded, my passion is helping you heal those fractures and integrate them into a more resilient, whole version of yourself. My Approach Healing begins with a safe, welcoming space. I am a calm, attentive, and validating listener. My work is deeply rooted in the connection between the mind and body. By focusing on feelings identification, body awareness, and nervous system regulation, I help you move out of "survival mode" and into a state of balance. I believe that to be fully present today, we must understand the story of our past. I help my clients view the "younger parts" of themselves as vital characters in their healing process. Together, we will explore your needs and practice the communication skills necessary to honor them. About Me I have always known I wanted to help others, and I consider it one of life’s greatest honors to witness a person's healing journey. Through this work, I discovered that supporting others also meant tending to my own growth; I am a dedicated practitioner of the work I recommend. This personal experience allows me to show up for my clients with deep empathy and authenticity. Next Steps The right fit is essential. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and see how we might work together.
