Introduction

You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in painful relationship patterns. Maybe you’re navigating trauma, disconnection, new parenthood, or simply trying to hold everything together while feeling like you’re never enough. You long to feel more grounded, connected, and understood. I work with individuals and couples who are hurting; who want to heal, feel closer in their relationships, and reconnect with who they are. Together, we’ll explore tender parts of your story and help you move towards understanding, compassion, and meaningful change. I am a Clinical Social Worker, Couples and Family Therapist, EMDRIA Certified Therapist, and Perinatal Mental Health Certified Therapist at the Council for Relationships (CFR), where she also serves as Director of Women’s Psychological Health Services. I am also an Integrated Life Advocate with the Third Path Institute, which focuses on redesigning work, family, and leadership for a more sustainable and integrated life. I came to this work with a deep belief in the healing power of relationships—both the ones we build with others and the ones we nurture within ourselves. My path to becoming a therapist began with a lifelong passion for social justice and a curiosity about how people grow through challenge and change. Practicing therapy is not just my profession—it’s an extension of how I move through the world: with presence, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s unique story. Outside the therapy room, I facilitate community workshops and groups on trauma, loss, relationship dynamics, work-life integration, and navigating perinatal and postpartum transitions. I also supervise student and pre-licensed therapists. Additionally, I’m married and a mom of two littles living in Philadelphia. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where people can reflect, connect, and grow together. It takes courage to seek support, especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not the best version of yourself. I offer a non-judgmental, calm, welcoming space where you can show up as you are. With empathy, honesty, and care, I’ll walk alongside you as you move toward healing, understanding, and the changes you hope for.
