Introduction

I bring 25 years of counseling experience to my work with teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating life's most challenging moments. I'm committed to creating a non-judgmental space where you can explore what's really going on—whether that's anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, career uncertainty, or questions about identity and meaning. I work with individuals, couples, and families using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral approaches, and family/marital therapy tailored to your specific needs. My focus areas span anxiety and depression to parenting, spirituality, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity and compassion.
