My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. During initial sessions, we will establish realistic and meaningful goals while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship. I emphasize that therapy is a personalized process, and I adapt each session to align with the client’s comfort level and objectives. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from National-Louis University (2010) and bring extensive experience from my roles as a therapist at Children’s Home and Aid and as a school counselor at Marlowe Middle School and Indian Prairie Elementary School. I am deeply committed to helping individuals cultivate resilience, self-discovery, and lasting well-being. Therapy is a powerful tool for growth, and I believe that with dedication and trust, meaningful change is possible. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions in a confidential, comfortable setting.
