As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), I take a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach, meeting you where you are without judgment. I work with young adults and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach incorporates evidence-based methods, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, while tailoring treatment to your individual needs and goals. I believe you know yourself best, and therapy should feel like a partnership. Together, we’ll work to better understand what you’re experiencing, develop practical coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.
