Introduction

As a queer-identified therapist, I aim to incorporate trauma-informed care that is rooted in somatic and relational modalities. In session, I often incorporate Polyvagal Theory and strive to create a container where clients can feel safe to explore what is beneath the surface. I particularly enjoy working with clients experiencing sudden/traumatic loss, disenfranchised grief, anxiety, and relationship issues.
