Having someone support you while you process through past and present challenges maybe what is needed to start feeling like yourself. Therapy shouldn’t be a chore, but an exploration of who you are at the core of the experiences you have encountered. Therapy doesn't have to be a scary journey. I am happy to support you through life's ups and downs. I believe that therapy is driven by you. It can be past trauma, or just not sure how you are feeling. I am certified in EMDR if that’s a modality you wish to explore. But talk therapy is also a great option. You don't need to face challenges alone.
