Introduction

I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, inlcuding those navigating unresolved trauma, life changes, anxiety, or depression. I have a passion for walking along side members of the LGBTQI+ community, honoring the unique experiences and challenges we face. I believe each person’s journey is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the needs of the individual sitting with me in the moment. At the core of my work is the belief that we all need a safe, supportive space to be heard and to process the challenges life presents at different stages. My passion is creating that safe space, where healing and growth can take root for anyone who feels I may be the right fit for them.
