Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who practices from a wellness model, focusing on the whole person rather than just presenting symptoms. Through a client-centered approach, unconditional positive regard, and cognitive behavioral therapy, she supports clients in developing deeper self-understanding and self-compassion to move beyond surviving. Amy draws on EMDR, ERP, somatic approaches, and neurodivergent-affirming care to meet each client where they are, with particular interest in anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, trauma, and body image. She works collaboratively with clients to integrate these practices toward their therapeutic goals, bringing an added layer of embodied wellness as an experienced yoga instructor (E-RYT500).
