Hello! Counseling can feel artificial at first, but it is such a natural and human process. I’m drawn to developing relationships, and safety, through listening, warmth, and tuning in to you. In my decade-plus of working as a therapist, I have learned a lot about trauma, how it impacts people, and what can help you feel more grounded and confident. I use EMDR, and finding out about you, to help. I am contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare / UMR, Cigna and Aetna. I do have openings for new clients.
