Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with 10 years of experience as a school counselor. Throughout my work, I have learned that every person is unique, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. I believe that when people are willing to understand themselves and do the work, therapy can be a powerful path toward growth and change. I work with adults, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, trauma, stress, and life transitions.
