Introduction

Maybe you are feeling stuck and thinking about how to move forward feels overwhelming. Perhaps you are going through a change and struggling to manage day-to-day life. Or maybe it's hard to put into words what you are feeling but know that something is getting in your way of living the life you want. Getting started in therapy is a big step! believe in the power of empathy, authenticity, and connection in the work that we do together. I am passionate about helping clients navigate difficult experiences, transitions, and emotions, as well as working to unburden themselves from what is holding them back. A therapist can have all the credentials in the world, but I believe that in order for therapy to be effective, you need to find the right fit. I draw from a variety of therapeutic models and techniques to tailor my approach for each individual course of therapy - after all, therapy is all about you and not a one-size-fits-all approach! When we first meet, we will collaboratively discuss your goals for therapy and a establish a uniquely tailored plan to help you meet these goals. I offer a free 10–15-minute phone consultation to help you determine if I would be a good fit for your needs. I am currently accepting new clients during daytime hours, both in-person and virtual.
