I am passionate about helping clients navigate difficult experiences, transitions, and emotions, as well as working to unburden themselves from what is holding them back. A therapist can have all the credentials in the world, but I believe that in order for therapy to be effective, you need to find the right fit. I draw from a variety of therapeutic models and techniques to tailor my approach for each individual course of therapy - after all, therapy is all about you and not a one-size-fits-all approach! When we first meet, we will collaboratively discuss your goals for therapy and a establish a uniquely tailored plan to help you meet these goals.
