Introduction

Meaningful therapy begins with connection. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being fully themselves and empowered to explore meaningful change. I work with adults navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life transitions, and parenting stress. I have a particular focus on perinatal mental health, providing specialized support through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. As a mother myself, I know first hand how necessary this support is. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I integrate CBT, DBT, and attachment-based approaches, tailoring treatment to each individual. Together we will identify what is most meaningful to you and develop practical, sustainable ways to support your well-being. Above all, I value the therapeutic relationship and believe clients deserve to feel seen and understood. I walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, deepen your understanding of yourself, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
