My work is shaped by both my professional experience and my own deep commitment to inner work. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the corporate world navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, high-conflict situations, and emotionally charged environments. I help individuals and couples move through disconnection, anxiety, and relational patterns so they can build deeper, more authentic, and secure connections with themselves and each other. I find the most meaning in the moments when clients feel safe enough to be themselves fully, sometimes for the first time.
