Introduction

I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity for growth—even in life's most challenging seasons. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC), I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families to recognize their strengths, build resilience, and discover practical tools that support healing and lasting change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, grief, adoption-related questions, burnout, or spiritual concerns, I'm here to help you untangle what feels overwhelming and move toward freedom. I draw on diverse approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and family systems work—tailored to what works best for you. I also offer Christian counseling for those seeking spiritually-informed support. I'm currently accepting new clients for individual, couples, and family sessions via telehealth or in-person. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
