Introduction

Welcome to a Compassionate Space for Your Healing Journey! All are welcome here (LGBTQIA+, Sex Positive, and Neurodivergent friendly). Life can feel overwhelming when challenges begin to stack up—whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, unresolved trauma, relationship stress, or simply questioning what’s next. You don’t have to face it alone. I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to explore your experiences and reconnect with yourself. I offer both in-person sessions in West Ashley/Charleston as well as secure virtual sessions throughout South Carolina. As a trauma-informed therapist, I am trained in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I integrate these methods with compassion and curiosity, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. In session we will work together to build your skills, reduce your distress, and process your experiences. and help you regain a sense of clarity, balance, and control. We will partner together to find you clarity, build your resilience, and move you towards the life you want. Healing and growth are possible, and you deserve support along the way. I am currently accepting new clients. To learn more, please feel free to reach out to me directly or visit my website and professional blog at: https://www.cypresscounselingsc.com/
