I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Qualified Supervisor (QS) in the State of Florida with 19 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. Additionally, I'm an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) through Evergreen. I bring my years of professional experience and creditability, along with my real lived experience into our work together to create a safe, supportive and relatable vibe. My personal journey truly shapes my effectiveness as a therapist and coach and goes beyond my professional credentials. I am a late identified neurodivergent woman, mom to neurodivergent kids and a partner in a long term neurodivergent marriage. So I am not just teaching these skills, I am living them every day! I'm an ally and safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community. All are welcome.
