What would it be like to feel like yourself again? So often in life, we push others away when we feel our worst. The things we enjoy quickly depart with them. We are left engulfed in feelings of hopelessness and despair, losing our sense of self and purpose. Although these issues are our responsibility, we don’t need to address them on our own. Therapy can help. I believe that we are not museums meant to preserve our negative experiences. Through resolution of past experiences we are able to enter into a loving relationship with ourselves. We are able to settle into the moment and be truly present in life for the first time. As your therapist, I’m here to listen to you, support you, and hold space for you to discover this resolution. I meet you where you are and work with you to accomplish the vision you have for your life. Through out my career I’ve had the privilege to work with diverse populations leading to a greater understanding of people and cultures. I was raised in the beloved Mitten, I have spent significant time in rural locations working in Community Mental Health, US Armed Forces, Addictions, Hospice. I am inclusive to all humans and bring a depth of expertise to our therapeutic relationship. I write my own psychotherapy notes without the use of AI.
