Introduction

With years of experience in the behavioral health field, I am passionate about helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, stress, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, life transitions, and emotional regulation difficulties. Throughout my career, I have also worked extensively with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. I understand the complex relationship between mental health and substance use and believe that lasting recovery begins by addressing the underlying emotional, behavioral, relational, and environmental factors that contribute to both. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, client-centered, and strengths-based. I integrate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and family systems therapy, to help clients identify their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, improve communication, and achieve their personal goals. I believe every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and resilience when provided with the right support and tools. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences openly. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, substance use, or significant life changes, I am committed to meeting you where you are and tailoring treatment to your unique needs. My goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, improve emotional well-being, and develop the confidence to move forward with hope. Together, we can work toward healing, restoring balance, and creating a pathway to a healthier, more fulfilling future.
